NLMCC are now authorised to provide Immigration Advice and Services by the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner).

NLMCC have two authorised Immigration Advisers (Level 1) who provide Immigration Services in the following areas:

1. General Immigration and Nationality Advice

 

2. Application for Entry Clearance,Leave to Enter or Leave to Remain

Applications in the following categories:

  • Visitor
  • Student
  • Spouses/unmarried partners
  • Other family members
  • Immigration Employment Documents (including work permits)
  • Extension of stay in the UK
  • Working Holidaymaker
  • Other applications such as au pair, postgraduate etc

 

3. Nationality and Citizenship under UK Law

Applications in the following categories:

    • Naturalisation as a British Citizen
    • Registration as a British Citizen

    •  

    4. EU and EEA Immigration Law

    Applications in the following categories:

    • Residence Permit for EU/EEA National
    • Family Permit for a non-EU/EEA family member
    • Entry Clearance for non-EU/EEA family member
    • Workers Registration Scheme
