Leadership Programme Training
The training programme went better then expected our initial plan was to have the 22 young candidates to take part in a general leadership training programme.
To our delight, we managed to provide accredited training for 13 young people delivered by The Institute of Leadership and Management. This is UK's premier management organisation, that partner with individuals and employers across the world to improve leadership and management performance through our flexible range of learning and development solutions.
The young people took part in The ILM Level 2 qualifications in Team Leading which is specially designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders a solid foundation in their formal development as a leader. The Candidates that respectively achieved the accreditation were:

The Award in Team Leading is a concise qualification designed to give learners a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of their authority and accountability. The mandatory unit in ‘Developing yourself as a team leader’ was a good starting point for aspiring leaders who wish to gain a solid understanding of the principles and practicalities of team leading.
